Dinastia Holiday Apartment

Dinastia is in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos, Tenerife.  Shops, bars  and restaurants within easy walking distance.  A new commercial centre only 2 minutes walk. The holiday home is a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment, sleeping 2-4 people comfortably. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and has grey marble flooring throughout.  It is a contemporary design, spacious, bright and comfortable. Home from home.

It is also located within a 10 minutes stroll to the beach and town centre.  The Reina Sofia airport is approximately 15 minutes drive, and Playa De Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Torvisas, Fanabe and Golf Del Sur only 10 minutes in the car.

The complex has two pools, one for children with a seating area.  The Pool Bar serves hot and cold food from breakfast to early evening, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.  It comes highly recommended! There are lifts to service all floors.

Lounge

Open plan lounge furnished with a leather chaise longue style sofa bed. (converts to a double bed) and coffee table. A wall unit houses a TV, DVD/CD player combined with home cinema system. Free-standing fan also situated in the lounge area.

Balcony

A large open terrace with table, four chairs, two sun loungers and sun umbrella. It over looks the pool area, and the views across Los Cristianos bay, and La Gomera, are spectacular.

Kitchen

The ‘American style’ kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor fan, oven with grill, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge with freezer compartment and all the usual crockery and cooking/eating utensils required. The washing machine, iron, ironing board and safe are situated in a double cupboard off the hallway. A clothes airer is also provided for your convenience.

A large bathroom consisting of bath with overhead shower, vanity-sink unit and toilet. All towels will be provided with the exception of beach towels.

Consists of two single beds (pushed together), two bedside cabinets and lamps, ceiling fan light, chest of drawers and fully fitted wardrobes. A hairdryer is also provided.

Booking Details:

Normal rental periods run from Friday to Friday. Usual check-in is no earlier than 1400hrs and check-out no later than 1000hrs. This is for cleaning purposes. There may be flexibility and can be discussed depending on availability, so please enquire. You may reserve the apartment for 72 hours whilst flights are being arranged. A non-refundable £50 per week deposit is required within 5-7 days of booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

On arrival you will be given contact details of an English speaking, husband/wife Management Team who are friendly and very approachable. Any problems or queries they will be happy to help. They will also provide clean bedding and towels once per week in addition to you being able to use the washing facilities available.  On receipt of the keys we ask for a bond of £50 per week. A cheque can be written, and either destroyed or returned to you within 7 days of your departure from the apartment, after management have inspected the apartment and the keys have been returned.

No bookings will be taken from single sex 18-30 groups i.e: Hen or Stag parties

A named responsible adult must be declared at time of booking, this adult must be at least 21 years and will be legally responsible for any damage caused to either the contents or the buildings of the apartment/complex.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.
